Bingo is a popular game! In order to play, we need to create a bingo card.

A bingo card will be split into 3 rows and 9 columns, each cell will have numbers ranging from 1 to 99.

The first column will contain 2 numbers and one space, ranging from 1 to 9
The second column will contain 2 numbers and one space, ranging from 10 to 19
The third column will contain 2 numbers and one space, ranging from 20 to 29
…
The last column will contain 2 numbers and one space, ranging from 90 to 99

The card should be displayed like the image below
